Lemonade Scones

Light, fluffy, and SO easy these are the scones we cooked live at FeNaClNG using nothing but a 12V air fryer and a Companion lithium setup. Yep, it works. Yes, we ate six. No regrets.

This is the ultimate camp baking hack: no eggs, no rubbing butter into flour, no drama. Just three ingredients and a hot enough air fryer.


Ingredients:

  • 3 cups self-raising flour

  • 1 cup thickened cream

  • 1 cup lemonade (not diet)

Optional:

  • A pinch of salt

  • Extra flour for dusting

  • Jam and cream for serving 


🔧 Gear We Used:

  • Companion 12V Air Fryer

  • Companion Lithium Battery Pack

  • Baking paper, mixing bowl, mug (for cutting)

Instructions:

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until just combined.
  • Turn onto a floured surface and gently shape into a large disk.
  • Flatten to ~2cm and cut into rounds.
  • Line air fryer tray with baking paper.
  • Air Fryer Cook Time: 180°C for 10 minutes (check at 8 mins).
  • Serve warm with jam & cream
