Lemonade Scones
Light, fluffy, and SO easy these are the scones we cooked live at FeNaClNG using nothing but a 12V air fryer and a Companion lithium setup. Yep, it works. Yes, we ate six. No regrets.
This is the ultimate camp baking hack: no eggs, no rubbing butter into flour, no drama. Just three ingredients and a hot enough air fryer.
Ingredients:
- 
3 cups self-raising flour 
- 
1 cup thickened cream 
- 
1 cup lemonade (not diet) 
Optional:
- 
A pinch of salt 
- 
Extra flour for dusting 
- 
Jam and cream for serving

Baking paper, mixing bowl, mug (for cutting)

Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until just combined.
- Turn onto a floured surface and gently shape into a large disk.
- Flatten to ~2cm and cut into rounds.
- Line air fryer tray with baking paper.
- Air Fryer Cook Time: 180°C for 10 minutes (check at 8 mins).
- Serve warm with jam & cream
