Do you offer shipping?

Yes — we offer shipping on selected items.

Due to freight limitations in the Pilbara, not all products are available for shipping.
Shipping availability is clearly shown on each product page and at checkout.

Bulky, oversized, or restricted items (including some batteries, safety equipment, and gas products) are available via Click & Collect only.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping (Insured)

$20 flat rate for orders under $1,000

High-Value Shipping (Insured)

$30 flat rate for orders $1,000 and over

All shipped orders include transit insurance for peace of mind.

Orders are dispatched from Karratha, WA.
Please allow additional transit time for regional and remote areas.

Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are delivered instantly by email after purchase.
No shipping fees apply.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available for most items and is FREE with no minimum spend.

How Click & Collect works

Choose your products online
Add them to your cart
Select Click & Collect at checkout
Wait for your Ready to Collect email or SMS
Collect your order from the Service Counter at the front of the store

Click & Collect timeframes

Order before 12pm → ready by 4pm same day
Order after 12pm → ready after 10am next business day

Orders placed:

After 5pm are processed the next morning
After midday Friday will be ready from Monday after 10am

Please wait for your Ready to Collect notification before coming into store.

Collection hours

Click & Collect hours are shorter than store opening hours:

Monday: 10am – 4:30pm
Tuesday: 10am – 4:30pm
Wednesday: 10am – 4:30pm
Thursday: 10am – 6:30pm
Friday: 10am – 4:30pm
Saturday: 10am – 3:30pm
Sunday: 10am – 12pm

What to bring

Please bring:

Photo ID
Your order collection notification (on your phone is fine)

Can someone collect on my behalf?

Yes — a family member or friend can collect for you. They must bring:

A copy of the collection notification
A note signed by you authorising collection
Their own photo ID (matching the authorised name)

How long do you hold Click & Collect orders?

Orders are held for 7 calendar days from the collection notification.

If not collected within 7 days:

The order will be cancelled
A refund will be issued to the original payment method

Are all products available for Click & Collect?

Most items are available, however some exclusions apply.
Availability is shown on the product page and at checkout.
