Shipping, Local Delivery & Click & Collect Policy

Shipping

We offer Australia-wide shipping on selected items.

Due to freight limitations and transport regulations, not all products are eligible for shipping. Shipping availability is displayed on each product page and at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping (Insured)

$20 flat rate for orders under $1,000

High Value Shipping (Insured)

$30 flat rate for orders of $1,000 and over

All shipped orders include transit insurance.

Orders are dispatched from Karratha, Western Australia. Please allow additional transit time for regional and remote areas.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products cannot be shipped due to freight regulations, dangerous goods requirements, or their size. This includes selected:

Gas cylinders
Lithium batteries
Marine safety equipment
Oversized items

Where shipping is unavailable, Click & Collect or Local Delivery (where eligible) may still be available.

Local Delivery

We offer a weekly local delivery service within Karratha and Dampier for customers who would prefer the convenience of home or workplace delivery.

Delivery Areas & Pricing

Karratha (Postcode 6714) — $50

Dampier (Postcode 6713) — $100

Delivery Schedule

Local deliveries are completed every Wednesday between 12:00pm and 3:00pm.

Orders placed before 9:00am Wednesday will be included in that week's delivery run.
Orders placed after 9:00am Wednesday will be delivered the following Wednesday.

Delivery times within the delivery window cannot be guaranteed.

Authority to Leave

By selecting Local Delivery at checkout, you authorise Karratha Adventure Sports to leave your order at the nominated delivery address if no one is present.

Once delivery has been completed, responsibility for the order passes to the customer. Karratha Adventure Sports is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage occurring after delivery.

Address Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address and any delivery instructions are accurate and complete. Karratha Adventure Sports accepts no liability for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, or the address is outside our delivery area, delivery may be delayed or an additional delivery fee may apply.

Workplace Deliveries

We are happy to deliver to workplaces within the eligible delivery postcodes.

Please include any relevant delivery instructions in the Order Notes at checkout, such as the business name, reception details, department, building or site requirements.

Unless otherwise instructed, delivery may be left with reception, security, mailroom staff or another person authorised to receive deliveries on behalf of the business.

Failed Deliveries

If we are unable to safely complete the delivery due to incorrect address details, restricted site access, unsafe conditions or insufficient delivery instructions, the order may be returned to the store for collection or delivered on the next scheduled delivery run. Additional delivery fees may apply.

Gift Cards

Digital Gift Cards are delivered instantly by email.

No shipping charges apply.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available on most products and is FREE with no minimum spend.

How Click & Collect Works

Choose your products online.
Add them to your cart.
Select Click & Collect at checkout.
Wait for your Ready to Collect email or SMS.
Collect your order from the Service Counter at the front of the store.

Orders placed before 12:00pm

Ready by 4:00pm the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00pm

Ready after 10:00am the next business day.

Orders placed:

After 5:00pm are processed the following morning.
After 12:00pm Friday will be ready from 10:00am Monday.

Please wait until you receive your Ready to Collect notification before coming to the store.

What to Bring

Please bring:

Photo identification.
Your Ready to Collect notification (on your phone is fine).

Can Someone Collect on My Behalf?

Yes. A family member or friend may collect your order on your behalf. They must bring:

A copy of your Ready to Collect notification.
Written authorisation from you.
Their own photo identification.

How Long Will You Hold My Order?

Click & Collect orders are held for 7 calendar days from the date you receive your Ready to Collect notification.

Orders not collected within 7 days may be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.

Are All Products Available for Click & Collect?

Most products are available for Click & Collect. Availability is shown on the product page and at checkout.

Returns

Returns are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy.
