 
  
    Lemon Myrtle Iced Tea 5L Batch
Refreshing, lightly citrusy, and made to keep you cool in the Pilbara heat- this one’s a staple in our camp cooler.
Ingredients:
- 
8 black tea bags 
- 
1 tbsp dried lemon myrtle leaves 
- 
1.5–2 cups sugar (adjust to taste) 
- 
5L total water 
- 
Optional: lemon slices or fresh mint for garnish 
Method:
- 
Boil 2L of water. 
- 
Steep tea bags and lemon myrtle leaves for 10 minutes. 
- 
Remove tea bags and strain out the leaves. 
- 
Stir in sugar while the tea is still warm. 
- 
Add 3L cold water to top up to 5L total. 
- 
Let it cool, then chill in a fridge or esky. 
- 
Serve over ice. Garnish with lemon or mint if you’re feeling fancy.
