Warranty Requirements
Every battery sold must have a completed Warranty Registration Form. Please note: No completed warranty form = no warranty coverage.
The following information must be completed on the form at the time of purchase:
- Product barcode
- Place of purchase
- Receipt reference number (where applicable)
- Customer name
- Customer signature
- Date of purchase
A copy of the Product Safety & Usage Disclaimer and Warranty Registration Form is attached for your reference below.
A physical Warranty Registration Form will be supplied with each battery order. Please ensure these forms are provided to customers and completed at the time of sale. Completing the form correctly will help streamline any future warranty claims and ensure customers receive the support they need.
