Request advertising or promotional content for products, sales, events, services or seasonal campaigns.
When to Submit a Request
Complete a Marketing Request Form whenever you would like to promote:
- A new product or product range
- A sale or clearance
- A supplier promotion
- A seasonal campaign (e.g. Barra Season, Father's Day, Christmas)
- An event
- A service offered by Karratha Adventure Sports
- Any other promotion that may benefit the business
Marketing Content
The Marketing Request Form is a request only. Staff are not expected to design graphics, write social media posts or decide which marketing channels will be used.
If you have a vision write it down and request a review before posting.
It will determine the most suitable marketing materials, which may include:
- Social media posts
- Social media graphics
- Stories or Reels
- Email campaigns
- Website updates
- TV slideshow graphics
- In-store signage
- Other promotional material

Photo Naming Requirement:
All photos must be uploaded using the campaign name followed by a sequential number.
Example:

- Shimano Stella Launch 2.jpg
