NOW HIRING — Junior Sales Assistant

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Junior Sales Assistant to join our team at Karratha Adventure Sports.

This role is ideal for someone starting out in retail who enjoys talking to people, learning new things, and being part of a busy, local team. You’ll support customers across different departments, help keep the store tidy and stocked, and learn how a large retail store operates day to day.

What the role involves

• Assisting customers on the shop floor

• Helping on the front counter and tills

• Supporting different departments as needed

• Restocking shelves and keeping displays tidy

• Learning about our products and systems

• Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Full training is provided, and we’ll support you as you learn.

Availability

• Shifts may include weekdays, weekends, or a mix

• After-school and weekend availability is welcomed

• Hours will be discussed based on availability and business needs

This role is best suited to someone who:

• Is friendly and confident talking to customers

• Is reliable and shows up when rostered

• Is keen to learn and take direction

• Enjoys working as part of a team

• Has an interest in the outdoors, sport, camping, fishing or similar (helpful but not essential)
