Create a freight quote through the Bishop's Portal and convert it into a Drop Freight booking for freight from Bishops Perth Depo to Karratha Adventure Sports.

 

Step 1 – Log in to the Bishop's Portal

1. Open the web browser.
2. Select Bishop's Portal from the Favourites bar. Or HERE
3. Log in using the saved login credentials.

 

Step 2 – Create a New Quote

1. Select New Quote.
2. Complete the sender details:
• Suburb: Forrestfield
• Postcode: 6058
• State: WA
3. Complete the receiver details:
• Suburb: Pegs Creek
• Postcode: 6714
4. Enter a Purchase Order if required (optional).

 

Step 3 – Enter Freight Details

1. Enter the Number of Items.
• One box = 1
• One pallet = 1
2. Select Freight Type: Dry.
3. Enter the Description of the freight (e.g. Sporting Goods, Boxes, etc.).
4. Enter:
• Weight
• Length
• Width
• Height
5. Enter as many pallets/ boxes as needed
• NOTE: if boxes make sure its not sent Via Australia post, there’s drama getting it delivered into the depo, they send it to the post office and then it ads $50 pickup fee, and that’s if we personally tell bishops that it’s waiting for them
6. Click Next.

 

Step 4 – Quote Details

1. Pickup Required: No (the freight will be dropped into the depot).
2. Click Next.
3. Delivery Required: select this option NO forklift (we have one) and click Next.
4. Select whether the freight contains Dangerous Goods.
5. Enter any Special Instructions if required (normally left blank).
6. Click Next.

 

Step 5 – Accept the Quote

1. Review the freight summary.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
3. Click Accept Quote.

 

Step 6 – Open the Accepted Quote

1. Return to the Dashboard.
2. Select Existing Quotes.
3. Locate the accepted quote.
4. Click the left hand side Quote Number.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
6. Click Next.

Step 7 – Create a Drop Freight Booking

1. Select Drop Freight In.
2. When asked if Karratha Adventure Sports is paying for the freight, select Yes.
3. Click Next.
4. Select I want an Electronic Con Note.
5. Click Next.

 

Step 8 – Verify Sender & Receiver Details

Confirm the information is correct.

Scroll to the bottom.

If required, enter:

• Purchase Order Number (optional)
• Customer Reference Number (optional)

Click Next.

 

Step 9 – Confirm Booking Details

1. Review the freight summary.
2. Click Next.
3. Delivery Required will already be selected.
4. Click Next.
5. Confirm the Dangerous Goods selection is correct.
6. Click Next.

 

Step 10 – Schedule the Drop-In

1. Select the Drop-In Date.

Guide: Schedule the drop-in approximately one week after the date you’re ordering the stock the freight is required in Karratha. Freight generally takes around one week to be packed and in Perth.

2. Click Next.
3. Enter any Special Instructions if required (normally left blank).
4. Click Next.

 

Step 11 – Book the Drop-In

1. Review all booking details.
2. Scroll to the bottom.
3. Click Book Drop-In.

The Bishop's Portal will generate the Consignment Note and Freight Label. This may take a minute to generate.

 

Step 12 – Email the Consignment Note

1. When prompted, send the Consignment Note and Label to:
• accounts@karrathaadventuresports.com.au
2. Click Submit.
3. Open the email received in the Karratha Adventure Sports accounts inbox.
4. Forward the Consignment Note and Freight Label to the supplier or sender who is delivering the freight to the Bishop's Depot.

The sender will attach the label to the freight before it is delivered to Bishop's for transport to Karratha.
