Contractor records help Karratha Adventure Sports keep track of who is working on site, what work they are completing and whether relevant insurance and licence documents are current.

These records support workplace safety, maintenance history and WHS compliance.

Contractor Documents

Regular contractors must provide copies of their current:

• Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency
• Relevant licences, registrations or certifications for the work they complete

Documents should be emailed to:

The contractor’s company name, document type, document number and expiry date will be recorded in the Contractor Compliance Register. HERE

Contractor Attendance

When a contractor attends the store to complete repairs, servicing, installation, inspection or maintenance, a staff member must record:

• Date
• Company
• Contractor’s name
• Work completed
• Area of work
• Time in
• Time out
• Staff member recording the visit

The contractor is not required to complete the register themselves. Counter staff may complete it when they arrive and add the departure time when they leave.
