POSITION DESCRIPTION

Position purpose            

Undertake sales and customer service duties to assist in the operation of Karratha Adventure Sport’s retail function.

Main tasks

Core objectives include:

  • Professionally arrange and replenish stock on display as required
  • Assist with customer enquires (both face-to-face and over the phone) ensuring a high level of professionalism is observed at all times
  • Managing the purchase of goods for sale in an efficient manner
  • Carry out basic cleaning activities to ensure clean and tidy presentation of {store/shop} at all times
  • Unpack pallets, price stock and make delivery dockets off
  • Bring customer or stock issues to the attention of management
  • Report safety issues, concerns and incidents to management
  • Add and edit stock in the point of sales system

Experience

  • Relevant experience in a similar role in retail industry preferred, a love for adventure required.
